By submitting an entry to Design Velocity™, you ("Entrant") grant Cosmova Agency a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, publish, adapt, and distribute your submission in connection with the promotion, documentation, and future editions of the competition. This includes (but is not limited to) use on Cosmova's website, social platforms, printed material, and press releases. You retain full ownership and copyright of your submission. Cosmova will always credit the creator where feasible. This license does not grant Cosmova the right to resell or modify your work for commercial gain without your explicit written permission.

All content, branding, and creative materials associated with Design Velocity™, including but not limited to logos, visuals, layouts, animations, and written copy, are the intellectual property of Cosmova, unless otherwise stated. No part of this website, the Design Velocity campaign or its content may be reproduced, copied, distributed, or transmitted in any form or by any means, including electronic or mechanical, without prior written permission from Cosmova.

By participating in Design Velocity™ or using this website, you agree to the terms outlined above. This agreement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Eswatini.
